RECOMMENDED PREPARATION To defrost them it is advised to put them in the refrigerator 24 hours before consumption. To reach the best cooking, it is recommended to do it at room temperature, so it is advised to take the hamburgers out of the refrigerator one hour before cooking . Brush the hamburger with oil and place it on the grill or a preheated iron or pan at medium-high temperature without getting too much smoke. Brush the surface even when raw with oil before turning it over. To make a juicy hamburger we should never cook it more than four minutes on each side. If we make it three, it will be sufficiently done. If we prefer toe at it still rare, it only needs to be cooked for two minutes on each side. It is not recommended to give it more than one turn. No extra ingredients are required.
PRESENTATION Standard format: Tray of 4 units vacuum packed 80 g each, with a total of 320 g per tray. Mini Format: Tray of 8 units vacuum packed 40 g each, with a total of 320 g per tray.
