INGREDIENTS: Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

VARIETY OF OLIVE OIL: Arbequina.

ORIGIN: Comarca del Alto Guadalquivir. Corboda, Andalusia, Spain.

COLLECTION: Mechanics, with umbrella. It is done in late October and early November, when the olive still raw, in “envero”. This point of early maturity of the olive makes possible the elaboration of an oil of maximum quality that conserves all the nuances of flavor and aroma that treasures the fruit when it has not yet fully completed its cycle of maturity.

TIME OF EXTRACTION: Maximum 8 hours from the collection.

ACIDITY: <0.3.

TASTING NOTES: Brilliant and alive, with its own personality. On the palate, light step of fluid structure, silky and citrus sensation, very fresh. Elegant sensation of itching without bitterness.

PRESENTATION: 500ml dark glass container in boxes of 12 units. Non-drip stopper with anti-drip system.

STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light.

CONSUMPTION SUGGESTIONS: Excellent for cooking fish, vinaigrettes and mayonnaise. Very suitable for replacing butter in the preparation of biscuits and creams.

INGREDIENTS: Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

VARIETY OF OLIVE OIL: Picual.

ORIGIN: Comarca del Alto Guadalquivir. Cordoba – Andalusia. Spain

COLLECTION: Mechanics, with umbrella. It is done in late October and early November, when the olive is still rawo, in “envero”. This point of early maturity of the olive makes possible the elaboration of an oil of maximum quality that conserves all the nuances of flavor and aroma that treasures the fruit when it has not yet fully completed its cycle of maturity.

EXTRACTION TIME: 8 hours from harvest.

ACIDITY: <0.3.

TASTING NOTES: Fruity of medium intensity, where notes of sap, green banana, tomato and artichoke appear. In the mouth, a spicy and bitter medium that brings balance to the whole.

PRESENTATION: 500ml dark glass container in boxes of 12 units. Non-drip stopper with anti-drip system.

STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light.

CONSUMPTION SUGGESTIONS: Special for salad dressings, tomato soup, gazpacho, ham and cheese, grilled meats.
